Aleyah

It's Aleyah's birthday today.
Time flies too fast, before you know it they are all grown up already.
Wish I can be at home with Aleyah, my other four wonderful children and my honourable wife (luv her), instead of slogging in the office.
I never like leaving my home, be it to work or anywhere else, because I tend to miss all of them yes all of you (although some may doubt that, yes I love you, love, two years or so since...I love you).
Anyways its not the time to be emotional.
Aleyah, I'll sacrifice anything for you, likewise I'll do the same for all other five of YOU.
Aleyah tell Umi that I love her so. Tell Umi that I miss her so. Tell Umi that I'll be there for her.
Because she's your mother. She's the one that bring you to this world to cheer us up. I appreciate that and I'm ever so thankful to Allah for that but it's so depressing when some don't understand.
Nauwar thank you.
Agil thank you.
Danial thank you.
Eimann thank you.
Aufa thank you.
Aleyah thank you.

Allah will always be with you and I will be there for you. I missed you and I know I will miss you more. Aleyah your rays of sunshine brings so much happiness to the family. You are so much joy.
As much as I don't want to lose all of you, but I know I will.
Happy birthday Aleyah.

REMEMBER ALLAH

Abu Hurairah (Radhiallaho anha) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said, "The uttering of the words: "Subhan-Allah (Allah is free from imperfection), Al-hamdu lillah (all praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illallah (there is no true god except Allah) and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)' is dearer to me than anything over which the sun rises.''

[Muslim]

Commentary: This Hadith hightlights the fact that the formulas which mention the Praise and Glory of Allah, His Majesty and Oneness are liked by the Prophet (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) more than anything in the world, because this is one of the virtues which will survive and will be rewarded, while the world and all that it has will perish.

(Riyad-us-Saliheen – Hadith No.1409)

Excellence of Knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith

"Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge.'' (Qur'an : 58:11)

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,
"Allah makes the way to Jannah easy for him who treads the path in search of knowledge.''

[Muslim]

Commentary:
In this Hadith, knowledge means the knowledge of the religion, that is to say the correct knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith which is acquired without any prejudice of any juristic school. Otherwise juristic prejudice can turn knowledge into great obstruction. May Allah bestow His Mercy on us.

Aleyah

4am yesterday: Abah, abah, abah I want ayeeer. (Means daddy I want to drink water). Actually almost every early morning she'll ask for the same thing. And everytime I'll oblige. Carry her to the kitchen while she lays her head on my shoulder for that few seconds trip to the kitchen. Then like always I'll put her back to sleep.
See, later that morning while I was having a rare morning conversation my lovely wife, Aleyah came, jumps on her mother, she looks at me and she said: "I, I, I ove Umi (mummy)." Then she sticks he tongue out. She was trying to make me jealous. Well, I was.

Ok continue another day got to get out of office almost midnight. Oh and Aleyah, abah loves you.
I think she knows.
